Growth, staffing and partnership strategy
Built and helped implement a commercial-growth approach for a resource-constrained business, including team training.
My work spans strategy, growth, digital transformation, product building and media — with a consistent focus on turning decisions into implementation under real constraints.
Advised 20+ founders and business owners across technology, media, tourism and services on growth strategy, go-to-market, digital transformation, customer acquisition and capital-efficient execution. Nearly all engagements progressed from planning into implementation.
Built and launched a privacy-first proximity networking app on Google Play; responsible for product strategy, roadmap, UX logic, product operations and early go-to-market experimentation.
Designed and built a functional GovTech / RegTech market-transparency prototype using public-market benchmarks, configurable review thresholds, audit logging and reproducible reporting.
Founded and developed an early web-native television venture around original programming and internet-only distribution. Bootstrapped the venture to approximately 1.5M reported peak daily audience reach and built a cross-functional network of up to 100 collaborators across content, production, commercial operations and technology.

Built and helped implement a commercial-growth approach for a resource-constrained business, including team training.
Designed a cost-efficient operating strategy and trained senior team members across streaming, internet-first production, cost management and digital marketing.
Introduced new service packages, social initiatives and a redesigned website for an established business facing declining clientele.
The mix matters: management and economics on one side, computer science and information technology on the other.
I am open to selected senior leadership opportunities across strategy, transformation and product/operations, as well as advisory engagements.
